In loving memory of Christine McDonald, age 55, passed away on December 3rd, 2022. Beloved sister of Sara & John, cherished daughter of Edith and John McDonald and much loved Auntie to her nephews.

Christine graduated from High School and went on to study computing at college. She enjoyed a very keen and sporty life, whether it be absailing in an adventure camp, sailing around Scotland or winning podium medals in her yachting and wheelchair racing. She had a successful career in sport and will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and infectious laugh. Christine was an avid technology geek and enjoyed having the latest phone or computer console to play her games. She was a devoted friend to all at Maclehose Court and will be deeply missed by all who knew her at Applecross Nursing Home where she spent her last few years.

A memorial service will be held at Castlemilk Church on January 27th at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cerebral Palsy Scotland.
