Now that I think everyone who will be posting has posted, I would just like to thank everyone for their contributions and sharing their memories of Kate with us all. Reading about those memories and the lovely things you have all said about Kate - including her personal qualities, spirit, heart and compassion for others - has given me as her father great, great comfort and a real sense of pride. I am sure that is also the case for all of our other family members too. That comfort and pride is, of course, mixed with a deep sadness, the deepest that can be imagined. She was a wonderful girl. A genuine, fearless and loyal person when the chips were down. And a fighter. Kate proved herself as time went by to have the qualities that any father would be proud of in their son or daughter. She is irreplaceable and her loss at such a young age is so, so tragic. But I shall be proud of her and love her as deeply as it is possible to love anyone until the day I die and we are reunited. Thank you all again for your contributions, memories and accolades and thanks to all of you and others that attended her funeral. So many more than we ever expected and that too is testimony to the person Kate was and what she meant to all of us. May God bless all of you and we wish you all the very best. Stephen
