Dorothy Clark (nee Gifford)
Our beautiful, irreplaceable Dot passed away aged 78 at her home in Pynes Lane, on Monday 5th December 2022 after a short battle with Glioblastoma.

Loving wife to Alan, exceptional mum to Shelley, Tracy and Lee and the best grandma ever to Billy, Aaron, Gracie and Nate. She was an adored sister and aunt (including a surrogate Aunty Dot to so many) and a true friend to everyone who ever met her.
In the 5 short weeks from diagnoses to her passing, there has been so much love shown by all who knew her, that it has been truly humbling. Love, laughter and plenty of cake and G&T for Dot to wash it all down with! Each one of you made a devastating time bearable for us all. In Dot's own words "There is so much love in this house it is seeping out of the walls."

It will be hard knowing that when coming home to Bideford, I will not be able to pop in and get that big hug, have those proud eyes staring so vividly at you. She made every child think they were the best thing since sliced bread. You will be in both our hearts xxxxx
