The death occurred at the University of Wales Hospital, Cardiff on Friday 25th November of Mr Huw Windsor Evans, aged 75 years of Whitland, following a tragic incident recently in Whitland Town.
Huw will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
The funeral service will take place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Monday 19th December at 3.15pm. There will be family flowers only, with donations, if so desired for Wales Air Ambulance and Whitland Food Bank
