A loving Daddy to April, husband to Holly and son to Pat and Eddie.
His funeral will take place on Tuesday 13th December, 3:45pm, at Park Wood crematorium, Elland.
Refreshments to follow at Magic Rock Taproom, Huddersfield.
All welcome. Please, no flowers. Donations to Kirkwood hospice.
