Peter William John Howard aged 82, passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday 27th November 2022.
Born in Nairobi in January 1940 to Cecil Howard and Joan Collet, Peter lived in Africa for 26 years. He moved to England in 1966 where he met and married Susan Jane Betty in 1969.
Peter was an agricultural engineer and later an agricultural journalist working for Reed Publications.
A lover of books, alternative medicine, travel, food and his family. He will be greatly missed.
A huge thank you to the staff and care that St Barnabas provided Dad. During such a difficult and sad time their love and care will never be forgotten. Thank you to all of them that cared for our amazing Father.
Also, thank you to Penny at Safe Hands, her lovely nature and kind support helped our family through the hardest of moments.
We thought Peter's Service reflected so well what a kind, loving and thoughtful man he was.
