Thank you for the care that was provided to Alan, in his final days.

We always enjoyed your visits to Canada and I fondly remember my visit to Batley with my grandmother Lucy Summerscales in 1989. You gave me special treatment with a tour of the race car shop where you worked and to the race track. I would have loved to learn some of your skills as a machinist and craftsman, but I guess that will have to wait. Rest in peace Alan.

Cousin Alan, on your first visit to Canada in 1964, you introduced us to camping on our road trip to Northern USA and Eastern Canada. We have travelled many miles together since then.
Missing you, Cousin Elsa, Ross and family.

'I tell you the truth, when you were young, you were able to do as you liked; you dressed yourself and went wherever you wanted to go. But when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and others will dress you and take you where you don't want to go. ' - John 21:18

Rest in Peace Alan
