In loving memory of Gerald Walter Hessey who sadly passed away on 18th November 2022

Our wonderful Dad, Grandad and Husband, an amazing man loved by all that knew him, passed away with family by his side. He was a truly great man, a real gentleman and he will be missed by so so many of us. RIP Dad ❤️❤️❤️

Such a remarkable man. I feel very privileged to have met him. He was so generous, loving and kind. He welcomed me into your family with such warmth. Even after all these years away,I still remember very happy times.
I remember with such fondness the birthday party cruising up and down the river Trent. And I was honoured that he read a passage at our wedding.
He was a giant, my love to you all.
I guess God wanted a gentleman, he certainly has one now.
