A sad loss of a life long friend, John was many things, a character who was likable for many reasons. He respected others and they respected him. John was generous with a great sense of humour and family mean't everything to him. He was blessed to have a warm, caring and supportive family. I will always be proud to call myself John's friend and I cherish my memories of our childhood - A True 'Diamond Geezer' Until we meet again - Rest in Peace XXXX

With a cupid face like a Cathedral carved statue you spread your unique memorable humor every step of the way. All through your years of ill health you just kept on smiling seeing the funny side of things which i for one was always gratefully reminded of. I shall always remember you as being a thorough gentlemen.
GOD BLESS.
