On 18th November 2022, in hospital of Dewsbury, aged 56 years, Andy, beloved partner of the late Roz, much loved dad of Nicole and Daniel, a very dear father-in-law, loved grandad, step-dad, brother and uncle.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Friday 9th December 2022 at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Leeds children's deaf society for the charity for Valentine.
