On 10th November 2022, in hospital, of Shaw Cross, aged 47 years, Rachael, beloved daughter of the late Raymond & Dorothy Brooke, loving and much loved mum of Joshua, Abigail and Amy, cherished nana of Eliza Ray Brooke, also a dearly loved sister, auntie and friend. Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 1st December 2022 at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of The Jim Quick Transplant Ward.
In memory of Rachael, it is requested those attending the service wear a touch of pink or leopard print.

Rest Easy lovely lady, i remember fondly we were the last ones standing around half 4 in morning of our school reunion and you then just outpointed me love. shows again the determination you had.
