In loving memory of Terry Allan Burgess who sadly passed away on 22nd September 2022
Obviously most of you know dad had suffered with dementia like symptoms but we never got a proper diagnosis until a week before he actually passed away. We as a family know how hard it is to live with dementia as we lived for every day solidly for over a year. We feel very passionate about research for dementia UK and helping others in situations like ourselves.
So if you do not want to send flowers to the funeral please make a donation to dementia UK as this was very close to all our hearts.
