Elaine, dear mummy, I’m so very sad to hear this news. Even with an ocean between us, you were always so kind and giving. I was very lucky to have had you as a dear friend for so many years. I will miss our conversations about travel, concerts, love, and living life to the fullest. Your upbeat, free-spirited nature has always inspired me and will continue to do so for the rest of my days. Sending my deepest condolences to your family and friends for their great loss.

Elaine, meeting you in 1984 was a life-changing event for us both, as was 1988 with the birth of our son Jonathan. You were always there for us, always providing love and support, and putting us first. But you never lost your youthful zest to live and experience life. Your death has been a huge shock to me, but I will always think of you with love and affection. Thank you for the years we shared together. I will miss you, Peter x

Dear Elaine
You were a much loved and very special friend.
We shared so many good times together; from sharing a flat in Portobello Road; a love of travelling that took us all over Europe and as far as New York and Hong Kong and a love of live music that saw us always planning the next concert especially if it was 'Bruce'.
They were all an adventure filled with laughter and I will treasure those memories forever.
I will miss you so much. xx

Elaine, you were one of those special people that it didn’t matter how long had gone by, as soon as we met up again it was like no time had passed. You will always be one of the quirkiest, funniest and loveliest of people in my life. I will miss you. Thank you for being my friend.

I was so shocked to hear of your passing Elaine, I enjoyed working with you at Redvers, if I wanted cheering up I knew you were the person to do that. You never complained and was always there for all of us RIP 💔
