John passed away peacefully at the Queen's Hospital on 26th September 2022, aged 77 years. John will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
John was born in Church Broughton in January 1945. Became a painter and decorator. He never married or had children but had a large circle of friends in both Burton on Trent and Derby. He loved a Guinness or a bacardi and coke and was well known in the local betting shops where he also had a large group of friends.
Arrangements are being made to scatter his ashes at the gallops of a local racing stables in due course
