On 31st August 2022, suddenly, of Mirfield, aged 69 years, George, beloved husband and friend of Hilary, dearly loved dad of James and Anna, dear father in law of Aleksandra and John, a precious grandpa of Ella, Aurelia and Olivia, also a very dear brother of Ann and Elizabeth, brother in law, uncle, great uncle and friend.
A service of thanksgiving and celebration for George will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium, Fixby, on Tuesday 4th October 2022 at 12.15pm. Friends and family please gather at the crematorium, it would be appreciated if a splash of colour was worn on the day. Family flowers only, donations in memory of George may be made online, placed in the collection box provided at the funeral service, or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of the Rotary Club of Mirfield, Charities.
