The best, and only ‘brother in law’ we never had! Missing you Keith, more than you know. Your plain wonder at the beauty of the world around you, your pints of Leffe (all noted down in our history). Thank you Keith for all the love and so much laughter - happy times. Thank you for loving Helen so much and showing her how to live and to love again. Always in our hearts, God bless and sleep tight, Tara, Simon and ‘The Doods’. Xx

Keith you made everything a laugh, even pain in the gym was a laugh. To catch your eye when working out was lethal as we would end up in fits of laughter. I remember boxing with you and you caught my face! (Lucky shot) you were mortified, even more so the next morning when you saw my shiner!! All created with make up !! I’ll never forget you dropping to the floor, feeling so relieved when you realized what I’d done ! A loving family man and so kind, who would pick a friend up on Christmas Day and drop them off then return later and take them home? You did because that’s how kind you were. To train with you at lakeside was just the best, you made all pain , fun, Train hard play harder, ending with many a Peroni in the bar!! Thank you for such good times and I’m so glad I got to play Cupid with you and Helen, I just wish you both could have had longer. Good night my friend X💔

Keith you are the best gym buddy anyone could ever wish for. Your brought so much life to our classes, so much energy to the class and you brought so much fun and mischievousness. You had a gift of making everyone feel so welcome, making everyone feel part of a team and at the same time you were able to put a smile on our faces with a cheeky comment or leaving the circuit station with the heaviest weight on it for the following person to contend with.
I can never ever say the phrase….”knees up….arms out” and not think of you at the Lakeside gym on a Saturday afternoon boxfit session the good times we had and the chat and laughs in the bar afterwards. Those times were legendary and helped me personally through a difficult period….here’s to great times, great memories and a Great Man……….gonna miss you Buddy.

One of the very best. Keith brought a smile to everyone in his presence. I feel lucky to count him as a friend and look back with so much fondness to the hours spent with him on the golf course…..and the reminiscences of how we “hacked it round”!! RIP Keith
