In loving memory of Reg Pridmore who sadly passed away on 26th August 2022.

Reg was born in China in 1933 returning home to England just as World War II broke out. He grew up in Dartford enjoying many escapades with his sister Doreen before being evacuated during the war.

After completing 5 years in the RAF Reg embarked on a career in insurance starting in London before running his own insurance brokerage for over 50 years, Insurance Gravesend.

A huge fan of sport Reg enjoyed playing squash, cycling and for over 30 years was a member of Rochester and Cobham Golf Club where he spent many happy days.

Reg leaves behind wife Maureen and daughter Sam, along with 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He will be loved and very much missed.

The funeral will be held at 1pm on Wednesday 21st September at Thamesview Crematorium followed by a celebration of Reg’s life at Rochester and Cobham Golf Club.

Family flowers only, for those wishing to make a donation in Reg’s name the family have chosen The British Heart Foundation.

Dear Reg,

Although it was so long ago, in many ways it feels like it was yesterday that I had the pleasure of being your caddy for the day. You are such a kind man and I am blessed to have known you. I only wish life could have been simpler and that we could have seen more of each other. Until we meet again. All our love, Oliver and family x

Dearest Aunty Mo and Sam and Family,
My heart is so heavy writing this and my love and broken heart 💔 is with you during these days. I had a very special relationship with Uncle Reg and Aunt Mo which led to the most incredible dinners at their home when I returned home to visit family. His humor, wit, funny anecdotes and stories will remain with me forever. I can’t imagine that being gone and can only know he’s regaling those in Heaven …. Including our Majesty, with that lovely smile and that we’ll forever be reminded of when we think of you my sweet Uncle Reg. Love always, Maria. Xxxx😍😍
