Lilian of Ossett, sadly passed away, On 22nd August 2022 after a sudden illness, she was 89 years old, the devoted wife of the late Ronnie, beloved mum of Robert and Jennifer, very dear mother in law of Ann, much loved grandma of Simon, Emma and Andrew and great grandma of Kaia.
A funeral service will be held at St Michael and all Angels Parish Church, Thornhill on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 11.30am, followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Lilian may be placed in the collection box at church or sent to George Brooke Ltd., all donations will be for the benefit of Thornhill Cricket and Bowling club for the benefit of Lilian’s beloved Bowling Section.
It was Lilian’s wish that funeral attire reflect the colours of her beautiful garden, however please do not feel obliged. All welcome.
