Peacefully in hospital on August 2nd aged 99 years, Mary. The beloved wife of the late Bill. The dearly loved mam of Kathleen and mother-in-law of Gerald. The cherished nanna of Joanne and husband Gareth. A dear auntie, cousin and dear friend of many. Family and friends please meet on Thursday August 18th for a Requiem Mass in St Michael’s R.C. Church, Houghton at 11:30am, committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. All are welcome to the church hall for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu kindly received for Little Sisters of the Poor, Newcastle. A donation box will be provided at the church.
