We ask that flowers are from family members only.

Rather than holding a wake after the service, we would ask that you raise a toast to Maud in the comfort of your own homes surrounded with your loved ones (whether human or animal).

For those wanting to leave donations, we ask that you consider one of two options:
John Eastwood Hospice (via the Just Giving link). They were an immense support in Maud’s last hours.
Maud dedicated her life to dogs, in particular Skye Terriers. Donations can be made in her memory to
www.skyeterrrierclub.org.uk. You will see a PayPal link against the message “In memory of Maud Hawkes for the Benefit and Welfare of Skye Terriers”. Alternatively cheques can be sent to the secretary Miss M.T Roberts,
Libanus House , Rhos Isaf, Gwynedd. LL54 7NN

Im sorry I was too late but I have known Maud for many years not as close friend but as a Skye person and yet we talked and shared experiences. She was so so clever and the Skye people were lucky to have her. I loved her sense Of humor. She Will be missed

Maud was always there to answer any queries I had for both my dogs and those dogs who I asked about on behalf of others. She was a source of great knowledge and was always happy to help and support others. She will be sorely missed by the skye terrier community and myself.

How Maud loved that green suit
I was with her the day she bought it
It looked so good on her and was real silk
It made many appearances I believe
We had so many good times in years gone by.
