On 20th July 2022, peacefully in hospital, of Staincliffe, Batley, aged 88 years, Gordon, beloved husband of Sybil, much loved dad of Anthony, Trevor and Janet, very dear father-in-law of Karen and Julie, a dearly loved grandad of Helen, Philippa, Darren, Danielle and Jodie, also a cherished great grandad of Kelise, Kayleb, Freddie, Joey-Lee, Samuel, Benjamin, Oliver and Edison.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 16th August 2022 at 11.15am.
Flowers will be received at George Brooke’s Chapel of Rest, Dewsbury or if preferred donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of RAF Wings Appeal.
Having only just heard of the very sad passing of my Great Uncle Gordon , from myself and my family we wish to send our sincere condolences. He was such a funny , kind man just like his late brother Ernest ( Ernie my Grandad ) I have such fond memories from being a small child of Uncle Gordon and Aunty Sybil xx
