In loving memory of Joanne Emma Hill who sadly passed away on 11th July 2022, aged 51 years. A
loving mother of 5 , grandmother of 10 and a friend to many.

Joanne was a strong beautiful soul who took on many battles, with a smile on her face. Following on from a stoke 9 years ago Joanne went on to receive further health diagnosis over the years, taking each one in her stride.

February this year Joanne received a diagnosis of thrombosis which is a result of blood clots blocking veins and arteries, Joanne was awaiting an assessment for a pacemaker that would help her battle any complications that this diagnosis could impact, unfortunately Joanne unexpectedly passed away before this could take place due to congestive heart failure.
