In loving memory of Kathy Meyer who sadly passed away on 8th July 2022 aged 80 years.

Born in Ireland one of 7 children, 4 who survived to adulthood, Kathy moved to England when she was 15. after initially living in London Kathy, Derek and their daughters Ailien and Lorna moved to Kent. Kathy became very involved in village life, being a dinner lady, member of the PTA and a leader in the girl guiding association, this relationship lasted for 53 years.

After training as a shorthand typist, Kathy worked for Butterworth publishers for many years, running the credit control department before she took redundancy and came back as a year 2k consultant

They them moved to Devon where they ran a successful bed and breakfast for over 20 years. she continued being involved with the girl guides.
