In loving memory of Kathleen Bannister who sadly passed away on 29th April 2022
Kathleen was first and foremost the best mum you could ever had wanted; she adored her 3 boys and Jemima her granddaughter. She lived her life to the full and was the always the life and soul of the party, a great raconteur always with a joke or story to make you laugh.
Family and friends were very important to mum she was always up for a party. As an actress she clearly loved the stage and the buzz it gave her. She would always burst into a song or dance routine at the sound of a familiar song. She loved musicals and all theatre and would grasp any opportunity to see a show. Her passion for tap dancing is legendary and attended local tap classes for many years. She loved the tap weekends she attended with her tap friends, and they have been great friends to her, always including her on theatre trips, afternoon tea.
She was a great character and adored shopping and fashion always wanting to look her best in the latest fashions.
We will always remember her smile, zest for life and the great friendship she showed to others.
Rather than flowers the family would ask that you make a donation to one of the following charities- Age UK or The Silverline using the Just Giving links on this page
