Beer Cross Woodland Burials in Okehampton, Devon is a peaceful and secluded natural burial ground in rural woodlands. The site has over six acres of native broadleaf trees and offers spectacular views over Dartmoor.

Beer Cross offers natural burial plots, combined burial and ashes plots, and also allows the interment and scattering of ashes. Families can even participate in the green funeral by helping to dig or backfill the grave.

To honour the memory of the person who has died, families may plant a memorial tree such as ash, oak, hazel, cherry, field maple. The team at Beer Cross are able to help families select coffins made from eco friendly materials.

You don’t need an appointment to visit this West Devon natural burial ground, however guided tours around the site can be arranged. On-site facilities include car parking and disabled access.
