Sarah and the staff at Jacksons were amazing our day ran smoothly and was better than we hoped. The celebrant Tracy Fellowes (chosen by Sarah) was brilliant and helped create a wonderful celebration of my wife Jan's life. Sarah also recommended The Bull at Fernhill heath for the wake, this was the perfect venue and everyone remarked on the food they provided. Sarah was terrific and helped ease us through a sad and difficult time. xx

Mum's funeral was perfect. All the staff at Jackson's were very professional. Sarah was amazing from the planning to the actual morning nothing was to much trouble. It was a huge weight off my shoulders knowing everything was going to be fine. Thank you so much.

The Jackson Family Funerals Team, spearheaded by Sarah and Mark, could not have been more helpful, courteous, attentive and prompt in their dealings to ensure Mum's travel, care at the premises, funeral and burial arrangements went smoothly. Some adaptions had to be made at a late stage in the process, but all was accommodated and a respectful service led by their lovely celebrant 'Jenny' was duly organised and reverentially performed, with the aftercare requests promptly followed up by the company.
My family and I would wholly recommend Jackson Family Funerals' professional services for anyone looking for peace of mind and a supportive team that take care of all the details, where it is so important that your family feel completely looked after at such a difficult and sad time. Thank you.

Sarah and the team made a very difficult time as easy and problem free as can be expected. I felt listened to without judgement and all my requests regarding my wife's funeral were met, even down to the celebrant a delightful lady called Anne.

It is difficult to express what wonderful service we received from Jackson's. Sarah Hewlett was particularly kind, compassionate and very professional, this made our journey with the funeral arrangement stress free. Our wishes were carried out to the letter and we had a day that will stay in our memories for ever.

The past three weeks have been extremely difficult for my boyfriend and I, but having Sarah take care of the funeral for my boyfriend’s Dad was an absolute godsend. Sarah did everything she could to put us at ease - two young people, who had never done this before! - right from the very first phone call. Jackson's and Sarah in particular were amazing in their support and guidance from start to finish in arranging the funeral for my daughter Daisy who died suddenly at the start of this year. From calling back out of hours in response to my first message and then collecting my daughter from the chapel of rest at the hospital, to dressing her and ensuring she kept her favourite teddy with her, right through to ensuring my daughter's ashes were left safely in the care of the cemetery - they were amazing.
Having never had to organise a funeral before I felt safe with them and was fully confident that they had our best interests at the forefront of everything they were doing. They guided us through all of the arrangements and helped us financially with knowing what could and could not be covered by the governments Child Funeral Fund, even so the amount we had to pay to them was much lower than we had expected.
Our daughters funeral was potentially what could be described as a logistical nightmare for a funeral directors with over 500 motorbike riders accompanying us and a police guard of honour being organised at the crematorium but Sarah took it all in her stride, suggested what venue would be best for what we were planning, decorated their vehicles beautifully with butterflies that my daughter would have loved and pulled off what can only be described as the the most perfect send off we could have hoped for for Daisy.
We will be forever grateful to them x

Sarah went above and beyond anything I could ever have imagined , she really gave me an outstanding service in very difficult circumstances .
