Dear Co-Op funeral care, myself, my wife and family would like to say a massive thank you for your service and support during Michael's funeral.
Your professional, polite and caring team we're amazing throughout the whole process.
A big thank you also to Kate Lumley who wad such a lovely lady presenting Micks service.

You ALL did us proud and we know Mick wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Good to do deal with at a very stressful time. Our only reservation was the inability to deliver the wicker coffin we wanted, so we had to source this ourselves.
Beth was lovely to deal with
Drew & the crew were brilliant on the day , they made a tough day all the more bearable

It was all straight forward. I told the representative what sort of funeral my Auntie wanted and she got the funeral she wanted. Also comparing prices, Co-Op are the cheapest in the area.

Amazing service. Sam made all of the decision making so easy. She talked us through everything and was so thorough that we didn’t need to contact her again before the funeral.

Everyone we had contact with at the Co-op was so kind, compassionate, and professional. Chris and Emma, who collected my Dad on Christmas Day could not have been more understanding.

Gareth Williams came to our house to discuss the funeral arrangements and immediate put us all at ease. He was extremely professional as he took us through the arrangements and made a suggestion for the Order of Service that made it much more personal to our Dad, Marion's husband. The whole family were so pleased with it. Gareth kept in regular contact with us and when I needed to contact him nothing was too much trouble for him. Gareth even made a suggestion that saved us money.

On the day of the funeral the professionalism and expertise of the pallbearers came to the fore and we felt that we were in good hands. Our main contact on the day was again Gareth who conducted the funeral, and we can't praise him enough again for his professionalism but more so for the compassion he showed. My husband and I were the only ones who followed the coffin to the crematorium but there could have been 50 people there for all the care and respect that the Co-op displayed.

Our funeral director Gareth couldn’t have been more helpful. Any thing we asked he did his best to accommodate.The celebrant Deborah was also lovely.

Co-op Funeral care Worcester were very efficient and understanding. Drew from the company came out to see us and explained the different types of service they offered. She meticulously explained each process and asked whether we understood and to ask questions if we were not sure. Both she and the company advised us the costs and the date of the cremation. We were very impressed by their caring attitude. We cannot thank them enough.

Sometimes when telephoning I had to try a couple of times before getting an answer, but once I got through any member of the team (but usually Tina) were very helpful with any queries and in particular a last minute change we needed to make after we'd approved the order of service (our fault not theirs), which we were very grateful for. The funeral director, Gareth, called the afternoon before to ensure everything was in place and to confirm arrangements. There was a minor panic on the morning when they hadn't arrived at the pre-arranged time but typical Worcester temporary traffic lights had sprung up causing a slight delay. Other than that the day couldn't have gone any better.

CoOp Funeral Care Lowesmoore Worcester were very helpful and supported our family to celebrate the life of my mother exactly as we wished.Russell our funeral director was not only very empathetic but was very efficient and recommended our celebrant Kate Lumley who made the service a memorable and moving event. I can highly recommend them

I used Coop funeral services when my died 3years ago and things went very smoothly. However I found it very stressful dealing with the CO op for Thelma’s cremation . Having constantly checking for promised email unable to get though on the telephone (no one answering) Although Kate did a good job I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the webcast .

From the very first phone call to the day of the funeral all staff involved acted in the most professional and compassionate manner as expected. The whole process was made less daunting and with ease despite the difficult time. The staff are a credit to the company.

Gareth the funeral director on the day did an amazing job, extremely professional and supportive. Called us the night before to prepare us for the day and make sure everything was in place. On the lead up to the funeral we had a few issues. On a prearranged viewing I realised my mum was in an incorrect coffin, an incorrect death notice was printed in the paper and viewings not organised as per family wishes and had to be reorganised. All of this exasperated by the inability to be able to contact the funeral home direct at the weekend for 2 days having left a number of messages and no callbacks received.
