I would like to thank Sarah and the team at Worcester Co-op Funeral Services, for their excellent service in the handling of my late mothers funeral.
Throughout the process they were professional, caring and sympathetic to my needs and questions about what I needed to do and kept me informed about all aspects of the arrangements.
Thank you so much for your caring attitude and service during a very difficult and upsetting time for me.

A very good job was done by all. I think you could do a better job with your pricing: it seemed that everything that was discussed seemed to be at additional cost; such as the picture on the screen during the service. This was a shame as it made it feel like everything was an upsell opportunity.

We were very pleased with the care and professionalism shown to us, and were especially pleased with how Gareth conducted affairs as the undertaker on the day of the cremation and how kind and helpful Chris Stuart was as the Celebrant.
The flowers - a deluxe rose spray- were exquisite and surpassed expectation.
Would have given 5 stars but there were some administrative glitches that meant a few repeat phone calls were needed and the fact that the final invoice didn't show we had already paid half as a deposit.
But overall I would recommend.

I found the Co-op funeral service to be first rate. They accommodate every need or requirement in an understanding and professional manner.
Staff kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Costs explained clearly.

The day of the funeral went really well with Russell being the main communicator. All men were dressed very smartly. The flowers for the top of the coffin were fabulous, in fact quite exotic in style. Staff are all very respectful. Sarah was good at ringing me and keeping me in the loop and Sam was friendly and helpful.

Myself and my sister have never arranged a funeral before, and as such, the whole thing seemed a little overwhelming. The staff have been really supportive, and we're able to guide us through the process. On the day, Mom's funeral was perfect, and the 2 undertakers were very kind, and supportive. Thank you all so much, for making what was an upsetting event, memorable. We would highly recommend their services.
