Caring, kind, compassionate would sum up the service we received.

Sarah at Jackson's stood out at hello, and the whole team made a challenging time so much easier. I observed the teams kindness and the dignity with which they treated Anita. She would have liked them.

I'd add there were no hidden fees, no attempt to upsell, no salesmen (not should there be), just a calm confidence that my sister would be taken care of, and she truly was. No funeral is a choice, we'd all love s bit longer with our loved ones, but I am at least confident I chose the right people to take care of it.

Sarah, the lady I spoke to on three occasions explained everything clearly in a sympathetic way. The company acted very quickly in collecting my dear mum from her care home. Now I just await the ashes, but I am unconcerned as everything else was deal with so smoothly.

When i first phoned up they said they would keep me updated every step of the way, They didnt i found i had to chase them to get any details maybe because Mom opted for a no fuss funeral we didnt spend unough with them, they didnt even deliver her ashes on the day they said they would so had to chase them up again,I just felt i was forgotten about

I have used this service for my dad and more recently my mum.

We wanted a simple direct cremation preferring to splash out on a family celebration of their lives.

I couldn’t recommend this service more highly.

We cannot express how caring, thoughtful & professional Jackson Family are.
During this awful time with the UK being shut down with COVID 19 and with us currently living and working in Germany the help was so needed.

The whole Team was brilliant especially Sarah who arranged flowers and music seeing that we could not be there. It was so much appreciated and made the passing of our Mother a little easier to bear.

We cannot thank them enough.

My mother and myself can not say in words how we feel about Jackson’s ....Mark and his team at the Upton branch ..where with us all the way on the two week journey they went up and beyond our expectations.  They where on the end of the phone 24/7....should we have a brain way or needed to change anything.  We could have  not have asked for more.

Jacksons family funeral Directors couldn't of done anuf for us or my late son Kevin everything was just perfect thanks to Jacksons and I used Jacksons for my mums funeral in September and that was just perfect as well very very pleased and thank you all so much x

My whole experience of Jackson family funeral directors was excellent. From my first meeting with Mark I was completely put at ease and felt that my Mum’s funeral was in safe, experienced hands. Mark was on hand at any time I called and all of the arrangements were made will full consultation throughout. 
I was so pleased with how the service went, I felt that my Mum, family and friends were dealt with dignity, respect and courtesy. 
I was very pleased to use an independent funeral directors as I felt I received a personal service. Thank you to Mark and his team.

I recently used the Jackson Family Funeral Directors for my husband's funeral and
they were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them and as I was arranging
the funeral quite quickly for a particular reason, they (particularly Mark) went above and beyond, to fulfil all my wishes. They looked after the whole family, making sure our sons were part of the service too. They made an unbearable day, a bearable special day and I can't thank them enough.
