Jacksons made the most difficult two weeks of my life considerably easier to bear. On first contact with Mark I was comfortable that Leon would be well looked after. I received excellent support in arranging the service while at the same time feeling in control. The customer service was perfect; kind, sensitive and professional throughout. Jenny, our celebrant captured Leon's spirit beautifully and everyone present thought it was the best service they had attended. I would thoroughly recommend Jacksons at Upton-upon-Severn to anyone.

Excellent in most respects, but it is bad business practice to expect customers to agree to a verbal quote only. This should be an invoice or written quote at very least.
Moreover, the funeral director was surprised that I read all paperwork. As a Citizens Advice Adviser, I would urge all customers to do so. Many of the problems our clients experience are the result of not doing so.

My Fathers wishes of a Direct Cremation came as a bit if a shock to us, but his reasons were sound and we decided after his passing thst was only fair to carry out these wishes.
I rang around various funeral homes in the Ledbury/ Malvern area and found the difference in price quite staggering, one company quoted over £2500.
We settled on Jackson Family mainly on price as this was just over £1100.
Not rearly knowing what happens next Sarah was very helpfull and guided us through the process throughout.
The undertakers turned up at the time we had asked and were very thoughtfull and curious.
After dad was taken there was follow up calls And we were advised the time and date of dads Cremation.
When it came to paying the bill there was no pressure and they were quite happy to wait for the insurance company to pay up, some wanted deposits or payments in full.
I have been so impressed with the whole process I would not go to any other company. I am now in the process of pre paying for a funeral plan for myself and nominating Jackson as my preferred Funeral home so my Children or Wife have a seamless process.
I thank you for all your help.

Sarah from Jacksons was so warm and caring from the first moment I spoke to her. This is ultimately what made our family pick Jacksons. She made me feel like our family was very important and nothing was too much trouble for her. This funeral directors is what ever other funeral directors should aspire to be like. I have no complaints at all in how my father in law was taken care of, which ment our family could concentrate on grieving.

Mark and the team at Jackson funerals were absolutely amazing from the very start . After losing my dad to an incredibly short illness we approached jacksons with no idea of what we were doing or what to expect. We were immediately looked after In a very compassionate and understanding manner. The team at jacksons are a fantastic and helped not only with the funeral arrangements but lifting our moods and offered shoulder to lean on during the darkest time of our lives . From start to finish this wonderful family funeral directors made the whole bereavement process incredibly stressfree. Mark and his team were hugely professional, empathetic, warm and welcoming. They guided us through the whole process efficiently, taking time to explain everything without rushing us and nothing was too much trouble. All costs were explained. Choosing the coffin was easy, the order of service was printed on our behalf and we had the support of Jenny the funeral celebrant to assist us with the order of service on the day. Jenny’s welcome and delivery at the Vale crematorium was incredible and she took all the pressure away from the family who could just sit and listen to the service. Would thoroughly recommend their professionalism, Efficiency, kindness. I do not have one single negative. Thank you Mark and your team for everything you did for our mother.

I am most impressed with the professional and considerate service provided . This was a direct cremation with a long distance collection. Everything carried out calmly and Jacksons took a great deal of care to keep me informed and reassured.

The support I received from the moment I made the first phone call making enquiries was exceptional. When I phoned to say my mother had died, arrangements were made quickly and sensitively to come and collect her body and the whole process was carried out with care and respect. I was kept informed of cremation details and given a time so that my husband, daughter, her partner and myself could be together to say our farewell. It also meant I could tell those to whom she was dear so they could do likewise. I could not fault the team and feel so grateful that they were there for us to help ensure a dignified and loving goodbye to Mum.
