The service from Jacksons was faultless.  Mark met us initially and put us at ease with his knowledge and experience.  It was so nice that Mark knew of my mother before her death and had dealt with my father's funeral.  Mark obviously makes great efforts to engage with the local community and at times like this it was really appreciated that he knew our family and could anticipate some of our requirements.  As the process moved on Mark was available at every step with daily contact and huge attention to all the little details that made the day the success it was.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacksons in Upton upon Severn.

Simply excellent service from Mark,Jenny and the team.
They took away any stress and concerns we had.
Mark and the pallbearers looked emaculate and actually carried the coffin into the service which was a lovely touch.
Jenny the celebrant spent lots of time getting the words for the service just as we wanted them with helpful advice and patience. She spoke her words beautiful and the whole experience was excellent.

This is the first time in my life that I was responsible for arranging a funeral Mark Campion and his team explained everything I needed to know about the process in a friendly and professional manner

Mark Campions interpersonal skills were outstanding and he ensured that the arrangements for Davids funeral were carried out as I wished.

I asked him if I could visit my partner in the chapel of rest and all was arranged with no fuss. I must add that the memberof staff responsible for preparing Davids viewing is very talented and I was really happy to see my partner looking so good!!

At one of the worst times of your life when your loved one passes , I cannot praise Mark and the Upton team enough

They are approachable and kind and above all other they are absoloutely proffesional and certainly know their work

I am extremely happy with the service and advice received. Mark took the pressure of co-ordinating a minister, church, burial and order of service out of my hands and everything was smoothly arranged within 2 weeks of Mums death. He was very accommodating with a last minute request for the woodland burial and at the service itself he discreetly guided us as to where to stand and what to do.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Jackson’s Family Funeral Service to everyone.
It made such a difference knowing that the arrangements were in reliable, safe and compassionate hands.

Jackson's were the perfect choice- for not an easy funeral- we were transferring Mum to another County-that said, it all went seamlessly.
We had every confidence in our choice of funeral director- they guided us through the whole procedure, were at the end of the phone for any doubts and were respectful to Mum right through to her burial-they were a  perfect choice.

I was so pleased with the care, respect and dignity given to Bob, myself and son,when Bob was collected from our home. Mark was both thoughtful and respectful at all times when making the funeral arrangements, which was a comfort to me. On the day the funeral went as best as it possibly could. A really big thank you to all the staff that help make Bob's send a lovely memory for all.

I would like to thank Mark and the staff of Jacksons for all their help and kind support for the Funeral of Howard Thomas.
I was kept informed throughout the whole organization of the service and any questions were promptly answered.
This is the second time that I have asked Jacksons to take care of a loved one and as much as I do not want to partake of their services again anytime soon, I would highly recommend their services.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express my utmost thanks to Jenny Campion (celibrant) for creating a dignified and fitting service.

The care and compassion shown to me by your company, particularly Mark Campion, has been wonderful. Mark was so helpful and sorted out any issues we had along the way (and chivvied me up when needed). I can't express how much I and my family appreciated the attention to detail on the day of the funeral and the touching tribute to mum as Mark led the hearse back through the town where she had spent 90 years of her life. We were very well looked after for the whole time from the first phone call to the end of mum's journey, and I'm sure mum would have been so happy with her send off. Thank you to all, I couldn't recommend Jackson's Funeral Directors more highly.

From the outset I have nothing but praise for this Company. 
Tim and Mark originally attended the sudden death of my Aunt. They were both Courteous Polite and explained everything they weree going to do be for it was done.
Communication at all times both in person and via telephone and email was superb.
The Funeral service went absolutely to time and with out a fault and it was just what my aunt would have wanted.
To be honest everything was dealt with
Without question I would leave the arrangements of another loved one in the very experienced and capable hands of Mark and his team. Also Jenny the Celebrant was faultless and made everyone feel at ease. Top marks to this Company on every level you could mention.
