They was very friendly and helpful in my time of need Lyn was very friendly and helpful under the circumstances as she was from the library shop then Julie game I took over in the morning shop and she was also so very helpful and synthetic I also thought the Joseph with also very helpful and did a very good job I would recommend the Co-Op funeral service to anyone who wanted a good send off for a loved one

The service at Malvern Coop Funeralcare was excellent throughout. Very calm, kind, efficient and respectful. Everything was explained very clearly and any queries dealt with promptly. The team are lovely and caring, which is so important in these circumstances.

Great personal service from the start. Felt well supported and able to ask questions. On the day everything was very well handled especially given that our minister got stuck in traffic and so didn't arrive on time....the funeral director was calm and able to help us sort out the difficulty.

Really pleased with the service received at the most difficult and sensitive of times following the passing of my Mother. Everything was handled with dignity, respect and the level of professionalism you would expect, we even managed a few laughs. Nothing was too much trouble and all options were explained. When the odd hiccup arose, it was overcome swiftly, calmly and effectively. As and when the need arises, I will not hesitate to use them again. All the team were fantastic.

The funeral director, Julie was kind and considerate from the start, as were other members of staff, who I was in contact with. Everything was explained fully and patiently. The pallbearers and the leader of the cortege were extremely respectful and well disciplined - we were very impressed. The day went very smoothly, due mainly to the consideration of the funeral team.

Thank you all so much for the smooth arrangement of everything, the compassion and kindness, especially of Barry and Kate. They were wonderful. It was a very different kind of funeral in our beautiful garden, then at the crematorium, but it went beautifully and did our lovely daughter proud.
