Jackson Family Funeral Directors are an extremely professional and compassionate team.
They were very helpful, reliable and trustworthy, making the funeral and associated arrangements straightforward and as stress-free as it could be, even with COVID restrictions. They also provided a celebrant for the service, who was absolutely excellent and showed great sensitivity, integrity and humility.

On such a difficult time losing our mother, Tracey and the Jackson family team were kind, considerate and professional on dealing with our arrangements for the funeral. Even during the country's lock down, Jackson family team did their upmost to make sure we were looked after as best as they could under the government social distancing rules. The whole process was managed calmly, professionally and with compassion and care. From the moment Tracey met with our terminally ill sister, our sister’s mind was put at ease. Tracey listened to what she wanted for her funeral and worked hard to bring it about. The funeral took place as advice about social distancing first emerged. This made things difficult but again Tracey responded to the changes required and ensured things went as well as they could under the circumstances.

They were then able to be flexible at very short notice in altering the plans completely, as we sadly made the decision not to continue with our original plans in light of limiting any spread of coronavirus.

As companies go they were amazing at giving a first class service during our time of sadness. Everything we requested was dealt with without any dramas.
