Highly recommended. Great support, guidance and simple kindness throughout such a difficult process and on the day of the funeral the Funeral Director (Amie) was so professional and so thoughtful to the sensitivity of the occasion, all of it conducted with great dignity and respect.

I cannot reccomend this company enough. Amie and Tracey are proffessional, caring, considerate and comforting. They are always at the end of the phone and keep you updated throughout with arrangements during such an emotional time. They took great care of my dad which gave all the family comfort. Such a personal service.

We couldn’t have asked for more, nothing was too much trouble and they somehow made even the saddest day a happy positive experience. Tracey and Amie were so kind and easy to talk to and put us at ease. They felt like friends.      I would highly recommend them.  Everything ran smoothly. Wonderful people!

Both Tracey and Amie instantly put my mother and I at ease at one of the most difficult times in our lives. Tracey (and all of her team) had a perfect balance of professionalism and human touch and understanding. I never felt hurried or hassled to make decisions and whatever I asked  of Tracey she pulled out he stops to find out and help make happen.
On the day of my husband's funeral everything went exactly as arranged without any air of bring hurried and that remembering and celebrating him were the only things that mattered.

Lovely people. Came quickly to take my dad into their care when he died very suddenly at home; very transparent with their prices; very flexible with arrangements. My only criticism is that communication could be slightly improved: unfortunately, some of their emails to me went to my junk mail and, when they didn't receive a response from me, this wasn't followed up with a text or phone call, meaning I didn't actually get to check the order of service before it went to print. No harm was done (sister's name mis-spelt, but none of us really minded) but I feel a follow up call in such circumstances would be helpful, especially when it is easy to miss things when the brain fog of grief descends.

From start to finish our Funeral Director, Tracey, was fantastic. It's a trying time when someone so close dies, but Tracey's calm, professional manner took all the worry and stress of arranging a funeral away and enabled us to focus on what really mattered to the family.

When a loved one dies in these extraordinary times you need to feel supported and be able to trust the people who look after your loved one and have their best interests at heart. I can wholeheartedly say that the funeral director at Jackson's in Malvern, Tracy, went above and beyond to support me whilst organising Mum's cremation ceremony. Yes she is part of a team and those members of the team that I met were all very kind but it was Tracy who followed every fine detail through, who listened and gave great advice when we had to make hard decisions due to Lockdown. I highly recommend Tracy as a true professional but more than that she is that person who will go the extra distance and for that we are truly grateful.
