If one can say a funeral is a happy occasion then it was. Chris had a long and good life and it was wonderful for all her family to be able to celebrate such a gentle and well loved person in the way she would have wished. No fuss.LOTS of LOVE

Overall the the level of service and support provided by the staff at the Evesham office was excellent and I was very satisfied, however when the office is not staffed the call was diverted to a Manchester office who could provide no advice other than “Phone back later”

It is a shame with what was otherwise an excellent service should be let down by an administrative procedure.

The initial meeting at the office left us lacking in confidence. We had to make appointments. Nobody visited us at home which was my experience with another company.Things did improve when Joseph took over. There were other problems out of their control which added to the stress. The actual day of the funeral went well, after a few setbacks. Barry who was with us on the day done a good job.

Initially I thought the funeral was a chore. I just wanted a quick prayer to get it over and done with but the celebrant, Kate Lumley, changed my mind. The funeral was a time to celebrate my Mum’s mortal life with words, reflections and music. The ceremony she prepared was a fitting, and moving tribute to my Mum. Saying farewell to her mortal life and wishing her well on travels.

Joseph and his team reassured us every step of the way and everything went smoothly. 
Telephone calls checking up on us were really touching and dad was taken care of beautifully.

My husband wanted a Direct Cremation Service, 'without a fuss'. The Co-op Funeral Care staff at Evesham could not have been kinder, or more careful of our feelings and intentions. I can't recommend them highly enough. We had several 'phone calls, keeping us in the picture about how arrangements were proceeding, and their courier is returning the ashes to us, so that the family can gather to scatter them at the place he had planned. I'm very glad we thought to use this service. Many thanks to the staff concerned!

Superb service, so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, Tina was brilliant organising everything for us and keeping us up to speed with how things were progressing, Barry looked after the family on the day and he was attentive and professional and made the day go smoothly, I would highly recommend them, very happy with the service,
