All the staff were extremely sympathetic and courteous. We were kept informed throughout the process. The staff were always available to answer any questions we had about the procedure at the crem. Even received a courtesy call after the service to check all was well with us.

Right from the start of the proceedings myself and the family were treated with care and understanding. We were encouraged to have everything we wanted to make the day a special celebration for George. Every detail was carried out perfectly. Tina guided us through every decision with her expertise and ensured that the day ran smoothly (even operating the sound system). Gareth, the drivers and bearers were so friendly and respectful. A difficult and upsetting day was made so much easier for us by your team. You should be proud of them all.
