Lovely staff but waiting over 4 weeks for my mums cremation was horrendously disappointing and stressful

We were treated with warmth and kindness. Support and a sympathetic ear were offered whenever needed. I felt that my mumvwas important to everyone. Highly recommended.

Beware, if you require a basic cremation for whatever reason, be prepared to be treated as a discount client. Even though we we assured they could deal with particular requirements, they seem unable to deal with anything outside of a straight forward package deal. However, the staff were pleasant. Have had much better service elseware for other relatives arrangements.

Sue and the team were absolutely excellent all the way through, from initially looking at the service, flowers etc to on the day. Also during a couple of phone and face to face meetings to make sure everything was in place. Including some different ideas which the family hadn't thought of. Totally respectful, but managed a smile when thinking of easier times. The team in the cars on the day were faultless, especially as some of the instructions were slightly more detailed. Can't recommend enough.

This was the first funeral that I had to deal with, so it was little daunting as I really didn't know what to expect.

Right from the start, Sue was nothing short of excellent in her professionalism and personal manner towards myself and the family.  

The organisation was easy to follow and then on the day, Steve controlled everything making the day run smoothly without a hitch.

This office is highly recommended with many thanks from myself and family for all their care and attention.
