Wonderful support and understanding from Sue and all at Co-op Funeralcare. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and the actual day was perfect. The funeral service looked exactly as I wanted it and It also looked exactly as it was presented to me during the planning phase. Nothing was missed or left out.
i felt completely supported throughout the whole process and that is really important at such an emotionally difficult time.

From the moment I walked into the funeral house in Trowbridge I felt at ease. Sue was amazing all of the way through the process. Mum had already paid for her funeral it was just the final planning I had to do but I can not fault Sue in any way, she really did help and took care of me as well as my mum. 
Then on the day Steve was also amazing and again looked after mum, me and my family. Everyone at Co-op Trowbridge went above and beyond the call of duty to look after us. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and the staff to anyone. I am so grateful

Having the support and care of Sue Lowrey in Trowbridge was incredible. Super professional, and only with the intention of making such a hard time, as straightforward  as it could be. 
The funeral itself went off well, with Steve directing the proceedings and process to perfection. He was calm and reassuring throughout, and the call the day before was kind and informing.
Overall, just super grateful for the care we received, especially from Sue.

Sue, Steve, Pete and Will took such great care with my Mum. Everything was handled with such empathy and professionalism. I honestly feel that they truly cared and the fact that they talked about my Mum and her life between them before she left them was very touching.  The quality of the service sheets were outstanding. I was dubious of the “virtual choir & music” but I honestly don’t think that you would’ve known if you weren’t told.

The service given by Co-op Funeralcare Trowbridge has been excellent throughout the weeks leading up to the day of my husband's funeral. There was a funeral plan already in place but the detail of personal wishes had to be arranged, as well as the design for the service card. Your manager was so empathetic, kind and patient every time we met, putting me at ease with the required process. She is absolutely brilliant at her job and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who asks me.
I was particularly impressed when I learnt that before setting off for the Crematorium the Funeral Director and staff take a few minutes to respectfully reflect on the life of the person in the coffin, by reading out loud the personal details noted down during the first interview the manager had with me. The Director and Staff were very courteous and caring on arrival at the Crematorium, the music was phased in correctly and the service was as planned.
