Hannah was very easy to talk to and made the whole process very easy in difficult circumstances. Rachel and her staff were very professional on the day of the funeral and supportive after the funeral. We would recommend their services.

From start to finish, including post funeral care all the team have been friendly, efficient, caring and highly professional. No query was too much trouble and at all times the family were treated with dignity and care.

On the day Helen and her colleagues were superb, making sure we didn’t have to worry about where to stand or what came next, all were smart and very respectful.

Can't praise them enough from the initial first phone call to the actual cremation day. All the staff listened to our requests, gave suggestions where required. Dad was treated with dignity from the minute the team arrived to remove him from the house and we felt that we all mattered to them.
The visit from the planner to the house was excellent. She conducted herself and spoke to us with the utmost respect. She explained and detailed all requests that we had some that were negotiable and some that weren't. She did not rush us at any stage. Her idea for the exact right person to take the service who would be able to make it all about dad was an excellent choice and he made a bad day into a better than passable day.
Would I recommend this company yes I would a hundred times over.
