Saying goodbye to mum was the hardest thing to do but made so much easier by Maslin’s who were brilliant before, during and after.

The service and planning process was excellent. Rachel and Hanna were both very supportive and listen to all we wanted. All staff on the day were both compassionate and professional and, everything went to plan. I don't think anything could have been done better. The recommended Celebrant was excellent.

One small point this email for feedback started 'Dear Brian', that was actually my Dad, it should have started 'Dear Peter', although my Dad would have found this funny.

When we had a bereavement we were treated fantastically, they didn't push us into anything we didn't want and help us have the funeral that our lost love one wanted enabling us to give him a great send off he deserved.
There is a business side to a funeral and again Maslins made that very simple with no pressure.

From the moment we first made contact they have been amazing. So helpful, so understanding nothing has been too much trouble. All the staff from drivers etc up have been amazing. Everyone has gone out of their way to make a difficult time as pain free as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.
