From the minute I walked into the Groundwell Rd branch, Belinda was so kind and caring and helped me navigate the whole process of arranging my stepdaughter’s funeral, I literally could not have got through these last few weeks without her. Thankyou so very much for enabling us to give our dad such a lovely send off. You made sure everything was perfect for us and we couldn’t have been more happy with how it went.  I know my dad would have loved it.  
Right from the start you were so caring and respectful, especially with the really sensitive issues around covid.  This made the saddest time of our lives more bearable and we are extremely grateful.
