Steph at pearce went above and beyond to help me with my final arrangements for my dad so I would like to say that you and everyone else that was part of my journey to lay my dad to rest I'm broken hearted but they helped me get through it all. Outstanding is an understatement.
These people are the ultimate in care , compassion and understanding the needs of the family. The whole team are just fabulous. John is a awesome man. There's nothing they won't do to make you feel supported, and at ease that they are looking after your loved one.
They make the process so much easier and comfortable during a very sad time in your life. I can't thank John and his perfect team enough for making a very special day for my late uncle Tony. If there is one word for John and his team it's got to be profection.
