John Pearce provides an incredible level of professionalism and organisation combined with caring and compassion.  Throughout the whole process from the initial meeting to the funeral day itself, nothing was ever rushed, and we always felt that John was completely in control of everything that needed to be done.  
Les was verger at St Philips Church for many years, and with him I encountered many funeral directors.  When Les died there was no doubt in my mind that John was my first choice, and he exceeded all of my expectations.  You will not find a better funeral director.

The service provided by Pearce was very professional indeed. The team was warm and supportive. John was full of empathy and yet sensitive and discreet. We all felt we could trust him with our mist private and personal moments of grief and he offered understanding. He simply served us. 
The event itself was efficiently managed and fell into place smoothly so we could focus on our emotions and linger on treasured memories. Thank you!

We were extremely happy and satisfied with the way the funeral director helped us in every way possible from first meeting to the day of the funeral. They have also said they are always available should we need them. They were caring compassionate and respectful. We could not fault the service we received in any way at all. They even provided us with a very nice Minister who was equally as kind. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. Would certainly recommend them 100%

John and his colleagues looked after mum with dignity and respect. She was cared for very well during her time there. Nothing was ever an issue for them to do and they accommodated our wishes fully. John was particularly patient with my father when discussing arrangements and this was priceless. Without John's guidance during her funeral I think we would have been lost. From day one of contacting Pearce Funeral service they did not let us down.
They were there for us every step of the way, ensuring that everything would be as we wanted it. They were caring and understanding of our requirements.
There was something special about how they came across very attentive.
Also very reasonably priced compared to what we have experienced in the past.
Definitely recommend there services.

I would recommend Pearce funeral services to my family and friends and others going through this difficult time. They where very welcoming, understanding and supportive to our family.
