Funerals are not nice under normal circumstances but made harder during Covid-19.

Hillier's tried everything in there power to ensure that we could take advantage of all options available.

They were so lovely and respectful to me and my Dad, whilst laying my mum to rest.

Would have loved to have shaken their hands but unfortunately this was not allowed.

Thank you all at Hillier's.

Excellent support from all members of the Hillier's team. They strike a good balance between showing compassion and getting the job done in a very professional manner. Always there when we needed them with a very quick response time to emails.

As always, Hillier and particularly Neil, who I met at the Chapel, showed genuine concern and treated me with dignity throughout the first meeting to discuss Mums Funeral plans.
During the lead up to the Funeral date the family made many changes to the plan and all were met with patience and humility by Sue and left us in no doubt that we would be cared for and that Mums Funeral would go smoothly.

It did, and on the day I cannot fault the timing or conduct of the Hillier staff that attended. It was lovely to see Neil on the day taking charge. It certainly helped me to relax.

Hilliers were fantastic from start to finish. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff did everything they possibly could to make the funeral personal and special for us. We would like to make a special mention to Chris Ellis and Kyle Daley who were instrumental in making sure everything ran smoothly. We are very grateful and will not hesitate to recommend Hilliers.
