Carole Pugh at Hillier was so helpful, understanding, and caring. She understood that as my husband passed away at 53 unexpectedly we were all in shock and ensured we were looked after and didn't rush us to make choices.

At no time did we feel like we were being forced to make choices, there was no hard selling we were left time to make choices

Carole arranged for an obituary to be placed on Funeralzone so we could put links onto Facebook so that I could let his friends know and so that they could donate (if they wanted) to two of my husbands favorite charities, as well as putting it in the paper.

Carole recommended Hugh Milsom as the celebrant - Hugh was kind, and caring and listened to us and told my husbands story beautifully, without pretending he knew him

On the day Chris called me to introduce himself and let me know he would be looking after us on the day - which he did really well.

I was impressed with the care and kindness and professionalism that everyone at Hillier showed during a really difficult time for me and the family. I was so impressed I totally recommend Hillier as they care about you

The arrangements for my mother's funeral were made extremely efficiently, and on the day of the burial the whole service, provided by Hilliers, was carried out with great care and respect.
