The service from our initial meeting through to the actual funeral service and post service care has been excellent, professional and most importantly full of care and attention and very flexible to the needs of the family.

Special thanks to Carole Pugh who was so caring and easy to talk to through the planning phases, draft changes to the service sheets and numerous calls to tweak the araangements as the numbers attending blossomed.

Thanks to the team that served us on the day of the funeral, so caring, professional and attentive.

Thanks on behalf of the whole family and friends. 

My mum could not have asked for more.

A big thank you to all the team at Hillier's for the wonderful funeral service of our Mother (Peggy). Everything went perfectly on the day. This was not a normal service as we were getting our Dad exhumed from Whitworth Rd and placed with Mum at the crematorium. Hillier's handled everything which took a lot of the burden off of the family. I would like to thank them for bringing Dad along in a separate car to join the procession to the crematorium. This was an unexpected and wonderful touch on their behalf.

Everyone from the start were so kind and professional guided us through this difficult time , carol pugh was so lovely and a young lady called Chris also , and I can’t say enough about the staff taking care of mum at the chapel of rest , nothing was to much trouble .

From start to finish the funeral arrangements were handled very sympathetically by Tamara, she took us through all the stages of the funeral very professionally.These occasions are not easy for anyone but if dealt with, with empathy this helps considerably.
Our visit to the Chapel of Rest was a very moving experience but again handled with great respect. On the day of the funeral
the staff were on time and were respectful to us.








Also a special Thank You to Hugh Milsom who helped plan the service to suit our expectations, and presided over the funeral service. Again a very professional presentation Thank you to" all" who were involved at this sad time. MJC.

My main contact was Tamara but I also spoke to chris in the office. Tamara saw me without an exact appointment and guided us through everything after we had given her an outline of what we wanted. Everything went so well and Hillier are such a professional company throughout. I visited their chapel of rest and was treated very respectfully. On the day the conductor Chris and his team was very caring and guided us through the procedure. I cannot speak too highly about Hillier and whilst I hope not to be rushing back, for obvious reason I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Hillier

The Hilliers staff were efficient, calming and empathetic. They took all the stress out of the event and delivered an assured and professional service. Their timekeeping was excellent, presentation faultless. They made a major contribution to exactly the funeral that I wanted for my dear Mum.
