Words are not enough to show our appreciation for the exceptional support and guidance given by Hillier Funeral Service through-out this very difficult time. Without exception, the staff have shown us patience, warmth and direction when needed. Consistently immaculate in their dress with cars presented beautifully, we were proud to have them alongside us every step of the way.

The support given to us has been outstanding and I do not hesitate in recommending this company.

The funeral for Ralph Couldridge on 20th September was managed impeccably by Hillier's funeral services. Chris and the other drivers and pall-bearers were respectful and dignified at all times. We never felt rushed or kept waiting. They kept us informed all the time and helped to make it a beautiful occasion.

I have reviewed Hilliers as excellent because they where so thorough in explaining all of the steps we had to take, for their dedication and commitment to ensure we were comfortable with our options and what would happen on the day of the funeral, and their professional but caring support throughout. What was a very fraught and difficult time was eased by their ability to foresee and overcome any potential problems.

My family and I found Hilliers Funeral Service extremely helpful, supportive and respectful when we sadly lost our Dear Mom, Gramma and Great Gramma. It was obviously a very sad and difficult time but we were walked through everything and any ideas we had were listened to and acted upon.
The Celebrant Rob Rowe was very helpful and comforting and gave us a lovely Celebration of Life for our Mom, which was funny and uplifting.He listened to our memories and made it a wonderful service. Mom would have been very pleased.
Thanks again to all at Hilliers, I won't name any names because I know you all played your part in giving our loved one a great send off. Karen

This was the sixth funeral that Hillier had arranged for our family since 1989. Previous experience has meant that the family was entirely satisfied with the sympathetic care and willingness to go beyond the basics. In the most recent funeral my aunt had set up a funeral plan with Hillier which was a new experience and proved to be very helpful. A detailed meeting with Tamara was hugely re-assuring as she navigated me through all aspects. This was the only face to face meeting with everything else being done by email. All our queries were dealt with promptly and professionally by Tamara and her colleagues. On the day Kai was the link between the family and Hillier. He was brilliant from the time the hearse arrived at the start location to when we were returned to the church for the wake. The conditions were awful with torrential rain - Kai retained good humour in spite of being wet! Nothing but positives from other members of the family and friends.

A huge thanks to Sue in the Victoria Road office for the valued help and assistance in the planning and arrangements of the Funeral Service for our dear departed and much loved and missed mum.
Also, grateful thanks to Kai and his team from the Chapel of Rest for looking after mum from the Chapel to the Church and then onto the Crematorium. Their considerate support and assistance on the day was greatly appreciated.
