My dad died at home and from the moment i rang Hilliers, every member of staff we have dealt with, have been thoughtful, helpfull and always very smart and polite. Sue and Carol were both extremely helpful with sorting arrangements for everything, includimg flowers. I have never had to organise a funeral, Hilliers staff made this an extremely easy process. Thank you so much.

Deryk had a funeral plan, which gave me great peace of mind.
Carole Pugh dealt with the funeral arrangements, and was most helpful and sympathetic with all aspects. If l needed to query, or had concerns in any area, they were quickly dealt with, either by Carole, or another available person.
Mr. Robert Rowe, the Civil Celebrant officiant, had captured all the information given to him, and arranged an excellent service, including music, readings, eulogy and prayer, also the general organisation, which included a guard of honour from the Purton Bowls club.

Hillier Funeral Service made the whole funeral easier to bear for me and the family, also the Bereavement Care support service, offered within a few months after the service, is a very good idea for those who may need it.

Hillier's handled the whole process really well, considering i had no clue what i was doing. There were a few instances where i had to chase them to follow up on things which is the only reason I have not given them 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them.

The service we received from Tamara and the team for my dad's funeral was first class. This was from the first day we met in the office to the team on the day. I'll certainly use them again but hopefully, for the best of intentions, not too soon.

Excellent service. Sue Boyce attended to all our requirements so efficiently. Chris on the day made sure all those arrangements were carried out. Thank you to you both and the staff that assisted. Sue, thank you for finding Rob Rowe. Wonderful, could not have asked for more, he captured every detail correctly and I have received many complimentary comments to that effect from friends and family.

I would recommend Hilliers without hesitation.

When my husband David died, I found my world turned upside down. This is a time when even the simplest decision is so hard to make but sadly is also the time when a lot of decisions have to be made. This is where Hilliers Funeral Service stepped in to help guide, and steer me gently and with patience towards the ultimate goal of giving my husband the best send off possible. And this is what was achieved. 
Individually I would like to thank Carole Pugh for her warm hearted but quietly professional manner dealing with all the arrangements. I very much appreciated Michael Hillier conducting on the day of the Funeral also. The staff at the Chapel of Rest were also compassionate but quietly efficient dealing with all matters sensitively.

I was so pleased with all the arrangements you did for me and took away some of the worry for me , we had the most beautiful service done by the vicar you recommended for me he was very helpful and said such lovely words about mum . Everything was attended to with complete understanding and professionalism...Family, friends and neighbours were extremely impressed and commented as such... Seeing the carriage and horses come into view was actually very emotional, but in a happy way, to think that we had done our uncle proud on his final day...Thank you Carole and thank you Hillier's...
