Katie Thompson went above and beyond what I expected, and made my life for the weeks before my Mother's funeral much easier than they might have been. Both Lauren and Ray also contributed to my feeling of being cared for. I thank them all for their care and consideration, and have no doubt about recommending them.

Although Stephen had a non contact funeral Kate was amazing at keeping me in touch at all times with the utmost professionalism and compassion. He was treated with dignity and respect. Kate made the whole process a lot easier to deal with at such a sad time.

I can't fault the co-op funeral service. Everything was perfect and the staff so kind, understanding and attentive at this most difficult time.

Very helpful and considerate but they gave me the wrong documents to sign in their office which meant they were chasing me up about a week later to get me to sign the correct ones. All a bit distressing at a time when I didn’t need the hassle.

I was a little worried about how smoothly this would go, but really, it was amazing.
Mum wanted things simple and easy and that is exactly what this was. Yvonne specifically helped me through the process, helping me with forms I was unsure about and giving me general support

Did have trouble contacting at times. I believe they had staffing issues but all turned out well in the end

Thank you to Katie, Jane, Grace and the Co-Op team for organising my mum's funeral .

All who attended the funeral said it struck the right note.

It was difficult organising the funeral as mum had not set down her wishes. Having the co-op team organise the funeral and using my dad's order of service as a guide made for continuity and a nice link to my dad. My mum was pleased with my dad's service and it gave her comfort at a difficult time for her. I am sure she would have enjoyed this one as well, even with the Thunderbirds theme at the end!

From the first contact with Katie the whole process was dealt with such thoughtfulness and care. All the arrangements were made seamlessly and with no pressure on us, we had the service sheets and flowers all arranged through Katie and they were just perfect. On the day everything was taken care of and we had a beautiful service

All staff (especially Michele and Katie) were sensitive, friendly, helpful and empathetic, never tried to hurry us and answered all questions well. They made all the arragements and carried out the administrative work without a hitch and on the day they did everything necessary in an efficient, dignified and unobtrusive way.
