Paul, Ashley and Sam were amazing - following my mother's recent death, the team went above and beyond to help us through such a difficult time. Being compassionate and respectful at all times, they took much of the administrative burden off us, booked the funeral and the perfect celebrant (Sam Rogers), advised when we needed help, and generally guided us through the whole process. We understood exactly what we needed to do and when, and they made sure that the funeral ceremony itself was the best that it could be. As such, we can't recommend them highly enough. We were recommended Ashley and Paul by a friend who had lost their dad a couple of years prior. They made the whole process as simple and painless as possible and went over and above what you would expect. Paul greeted me with a hug and a huge amount of empathy for our situation. Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and great at what he does. We couldn’t fault the support and service we were provided with.
