We were very happy with the service provided by Odette. Everything went smoothly, the order of services were really well produced and the flowers that they organised were beautiful. It is the second time we have used Odette to help us and I would highly recommend her.

Odette, Sara and Tom could not have been kinder or more supporting of us as a family during what was a very difficult time. They carefully and with the utmost respect helped us through the process of arranging a funeral. I think this is testament to the fact that Odette's is a family run business. They provided a wonderful service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

What a wonderful person Odette is…from the first meeting we all felt very relaxed and confident that we could leave all the arrangements in her hands without any worries.  Her ‘staff’ comprising of her son and daughter are a credit to her.  The day of the funeral they were all so very smart even though the temperature was in the high twenties.  I would like to say thank you to them all for making a very sad occasion a lovely memory of my mum. I would highly recommend Odette and her team.

I can't thank Odette, her family and team for her amazing way she dealt with my Dad's funeral. From the first contact through the funeral and beyond they have been so supportive and kind to myself and Mum whilst we had to go through this horrible time. We were so pleased that we went with Odette Funeral Service to arrange our mothers funeral. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
From the first call to Odette's when we were informed that mother was deteriorating to the day of the funeral the team at Odette Funeral Services have been professional, supportive , approachable and friendly.
The funeral was just what we wanted. They put us in touch with a civil celebrant who guided us through the arrangements and officiated on the day.
The passing of a loved one is very distressing but having Odette at our side was reassuring and meant that the period was less stressful as it could have been.

From the outset, we received exceptional service from Odette. We felt very safe and comfortable with the arrangements and advice given. I felt everything was handled with dignity, professionalism and warmth.

On the day of the service, Odette walked in front of the cortege to the main road which enabled neighbours and friends to pay their respects which was very touching in the current restrictions.
